Responsibilities:
- Provide vision, leadership, and direction for the Audio Unit.
- Oversee all audio operations during services and events.
- Liaise with church leadership and other ministry heads to ensure audio needs are met.
- Schedule and chair regular team meetings.
- Develop and implement audio policies, standards, and best practices.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering growth and skill development.
- Approve audio budgets and major equipment purchases in consultation with church leadership.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues.
Assistant Head of Audio Unit
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head in all leadership and operational duties.
- Step in for the Head during absences or as delegated.
- Coordinate the scheduling and rostering of team members for services and events.
